Águas do Brasil Group presents ethics, governance and institutional relations, solid and reliable structure. The Bylaws and the Internal Regulations of the Board of Directors define our governance structure. The Group is managed by a Board of Directors and Executive Board; the first has three statutory advisory committees, with the participation of its members, which support the decision-making process.
